Hansel & Gretel

Twenty-three students of Mrs. Corine Maldonado at Starr Music Academy participated in a live video-recorded production of Engelbert Humperdinck's Hansel and Gretel. The performance was a culmination of a summer spent learning about opera, staging, singing, dancing, and acting. Students aged four to teens learned lines, lyrics, and choreography, created sets and costumes, and sang and played piano and violin.
